Who built this
Diarized is one person's system, automated. Here is whose, and what it was used on before it was software.
I built Diarized because the method behind it is the one I have been running on myself for years, by hand.
It got me into medical school, then through it. It got me a full scholarship at the University of Cambridge. It is how I raised more than $10 million for another company. None of that was talent or a burst of motivation. It was deciding what the week would hold and then putting it in the calendar, every week, for years.
Doing that by hand is work, and the weeks it matters most are the weeks you have least patience for it. A plan you have to rebuild every Sunday is a plan you eventually stop rebuilding. So I built the thing that does the rebuilding, and this is it.
Diarized is not a goal-setting app and it will not tell you what to want. What got me through those years was not wanting it more than anybody else. It was sitting down every Sunday and deciding where the hours went, so that is the part I automated.
None of this is advice, and none of it transfers on its own. Having the rebuilding done for me takes away the part that made me quit. It does not do the work, and it will not want the thing for you.
