monday.com
Items assigned to you on the boards you choose. Diarized reads each board's own columns, so there is nothing to map.
What Diarized reads
- How long it takes
- A numbers column named for an estimate, hours or minutes. A column called “Estimate (hours)” is read as hours. With no such column, the item books 30 minutes.
- How urgent it is
- A status or dropdown column called Priority. Diarized knows Urgent, High, Medium, Low and the usual variants.
- When it is due
- A date column called Due or Deadline, or the board's first date column. Diarized reads the date, not the time.
- How to mark it done
- Move the item to the status your board treats as done, or delete its calendar block and Diarized sets that status for you.
What gets scheduled
Items assigned to you on the boards you ticked, due within your horizon. Boards need a People column, which is how Diarized tells which items are yours. Undated items are left out unless you turn them on.
Worth doing
- Diarized reads monday.com once an hour, in one request for every board, because monday.com counts API calls per day across everything you have connected. A manual sync reads it at once.
The one thing to know
monday.com has no duration or priority of its own. Diarized recognises them by column type and name, so a numbers column called “Points” is not read as a length of time. Rename it, or add one called Estimate.
