Getting Things Done
Getting Things Done, or GTD, is David Allen's system for capturing every commitment somewhere outside your head, clarifying what each one requires, and reviewing the whole set regularly. Its central claim is that unresolved commitments consume attention until they are written down.

Where it goes wrong
GTD tells you what to do next given a context and some free time. It is deliberately silent on when that free time occurs, which is why a well-kept GTD system can coexist with a week where the important work never actually happened.
Diarized schedules the work you already keep in a to-do app into the calendar you already use, and shows you why every block landed where it did.
